Prior to founding the M. W. Brady Law Firm, P.C., Mike Brady was a law clerk and associate attorney at Fiandaca & Associates (2006 – 2012) where he represented Real Estate Developers and General Contractors in real estate and corporate transactions as well as litigation matters.  He also represented individuals and trusts in various probate matters.  During his time at Fiandaca & Associates, Mike also served as in-house counsel to Metropolitan Housing Development Corporation, a Chicago based Non-Profit Real Estate Development Company where he handled the Non-Profit’s Senior Housing real estate transactions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance matters.  Mike also worked as in-house counsel for Strategic Technology Associates International, LLC (2012-2013) where he handled corporate governance and restructuring matters, contract negotiations, and HR matters.

Mike has a B.A degree from Saint John’s University (2004) and a law degree from The John Marshall Law School (2008).  While in law school, Mike served as a Senior Law Clerk for The John Marshall Law School Fair Housing Clinic.

Mike is a member of the State Bar Associations in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.  He is also a member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.

Mike's passions beyond law include time with his wife and 4 kids, weightlifting and baseball.
